Halelly Azulay is on a mission to help leaders and managers become the kind of leader people actually want to follow (and successfully keep their good people) and to communicate in a way that gets heard and builds trust.
As a leadership and communication skills expert with 20+ years of experience, she’s helped tens of thousands of leaders and employees in all sectors to develop their people skills and become better communicators, better leaders, and better team members. Her goal is to help as many people as possible maximize their potential and grow their talent at work.
She’s also a ‘born-again networker’ – meaning that although she used to hate networking and avoid it like the plague, she learned how to redefine networking and leverage it to build and grow my credibility, visibility, and brand.
Halelly is the author of two books, Employee Development on a Shoestring (published by ATD, the world’s leading professional association for the talent development industry) and Strength to Strength: How Working from Your Strengths Can Help You Lead a More Fulfilling Life and publishes a weekly leadership podcast called The TalentGrow Show (now into its fourth year!).
